Estrella is an Air Force veteran and active-duty military spouse. She spent over six years as a first responder, focusing on de-escalating challenging emotional and physical situations. She joined our team at Courageous Hearts after completing an internship and earning her Masters in Social Work from Liberty University.

Estrella is well-rounded, with an Associates degree in criminal justice and a Bachelors degree in psychology. She offers traditional office therapy, school-based therapy, telehealth, and community outreach. She is passionate about advocating for human rights and supporting those in need in her community.

Estrella also prioritizes family and self-care. As a mom of two boys, she enjoys traveling and staying active. Currently, she's working on getting a second Masters degree in human service counseling and a certificate in military resilience.
