Molly McElroy
Master of Social Work

Molly joined the Courageous Hearts team in March of 2022. She graduated from Sacred Heart University with her Masters of Social Work in August. Molly has a passion for educating people about body image and is a specialist in eating disorders and runs her campaign called Beautiful Me. Her background includes a Bachelors degree in the science of Equine facilitated therapeutic riding, experience in domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy, and behavioral intervention. In addition, Molly does K9 therapy. Molly's K9 partner, Banks, is a certified therapy dog.

Molly is from Baltimore Maryland and moved to Delaware 3 years ago. She has been around horses her whole life and competed in hunter jumpers, eventing, and equitation. Molly enjoys spending time with her family and riding horses in her free time.
